Alison spent her formative years observing her parents, Dan and Shari Rice, operate a dry cleaners for nearly two decades. Moving to Chico in 1989, they founded ACT Cleaners on East Ave and ran the business with a quality minded vision. Alison adopted the value of quality into Flair Custom Cleaners when taking over the business in 2021.

Camille Silva

Lead Presser

Camille started her career in dry cleaning in 1989 at One Hour Martinizing in Castro Valley. In April of 2000 she came to Chico and Flair Custom Cleaners. She is Chico's best pants presser (among other skills) and knows her way around the dry cleaning business like no other!

Camille loves animals and nature and road trips (especially to the coast!).

Carmen Vargas

Silk Presser

Carmen came to Flair Custom Cleaners in 2010. She is a very talented presser and makes your gowns, dresses, skirts, blouses, and tops look amazing and ready to impress! She knows how to delicately handle all of your delicate textiles!

Carmen loves her sons and grandchildren and animals too!
